Sanitation - Maximum size container 32 Gallon and not to exceed 50 lbs. Only 3 additional heavy items plus household trash.
*NO HEAVY TRASH PICK UP DURING THE WEEK OF A HOLIDAY!
Recycling - PAPER (news paper, magazines, cardboard, etc…) Must be placed in rigid containers or bundled (not loose).
- CO-MINGLE (tin, aluminum, plastic, glass bottles and cans) Must be placed in open container.
*IF YOUR DESIGNATED RECYCLING DAY FALLS ON A HOLIDAY, YOUR RECYCLING WILL BE PICKED UP ON THE WEDNESDAY OF THE SAME WEEK!
(ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING IS FOR SWEEPING, UTILITY WORK, ETC…)
Call (201)460-3038 for pick up on the following items:
Metal (white goods, water heaters, pipes, etc…) every other designated Wednesday.
E-Waste (computers, monitors, TV’s, electronics, etc…) every Wednesday
Logs ( Max. 4 foot lengths) every Friday
Stone (concrete, bricks, etc…)loose stone in 5gal. Pails, or 1 yd.worth every Friday
* PICK UP IS SUSPENDED FOR THE ITEMS ABOVE November 1st to December 31st!!!
Leaf Pick Up
NO brush in the street.
All leaves and grass must be placed in bio-degradable bags or open containers and put out on your designated vegetation pick up day.
(NO PLASTIC BAGS)
Vegetation (yard waste) curb side in open containers or bundled in 4 foot sections on every other designated Wednesday (This includes Christmas Trees).
Overnite Dump Trucks - For excessive or heavy trash.($100 Weekdays, $200 Weekends)
