The NJ Department of Personnel announces that applications for examination for Law Enforcement Officer titles are available at the Rutherford Police Department and Borough Clerk's Office, 176 Park Avenue. This examination is for local, county and state level law enforcement positions. Rutherford has a residency requirement. There is a fee and the filing deadline for this is February 15, 2002. Testing will take place in April 2002. Information is also available on NJDOP website - www.state.nj.us/personnel.
